In this mod review I cover a mod that takes an in game location and turns it into a settlement. This mod turns the nahant red rocket gas station and allows you to build a settlement there. You can claim it as soon as you get there, and you can even repair that gas station as part of this mod. I think it makes sense that locations like this are able to settlements, you can already make a settlement at the first red rocket you come across so it makes sense that you could in other ones as well as the nice effort that has gone in to make it feel like a settlement you build.
