CONTENT: Armored Tuxedo (Can be equipped with over armor), An armor piercing Deliverer, Grenade launching flare gun, Automatic shotgun, Shotgun with Grenade ammo, Nuka watch grenade, Stealth watch (can only be activated in 1st person) and an armored radiation suit (Can be equipped with over armor), two player homes lake house and vault (both can be built in), 20 collectable books and working fire places, working light switches, working refrigerators.... The Main light switches at the entrence and by the bedroom are duel switches, both switches start in the off position, if you turn the lights on at one you will need to flip the other switch to on before flipping it to off and the lights will shut off.
