Fallout 4 despite being an old game still requires decent hardware to play well, PC performance in games is similar to the more recent Fallout 76. I tested with and without hyperthreading, if you are not recording your gameplay then hyperthreading is possibly better turned off to lower heat and increase stability of the system.

GPU: GTX 1650 Max Q 4gb
RAM: 16gb DDR4 Dual Channel 2900 (would probably be ok with 8gb)
Game: Fallout 4 720p, medium settings, no mods
