Welcome to another one of my YouTube gaming videos.
This video is about another random encounter, but a level 4 Armour Vendor this time.
He sells all types of leather, metal and combat armour.
Like Smiling Larry on my previous video you will nee to assign him to a level 3 armour stand for him to become a level 4 vendor '/ merchant.
He also sells a Legendary item, but again I do not recall exactly what.
As with all random encounters, make sure you send him to your home settlement the first time that you meet him!
These random encounters are so rare that you may never meet him a second time!
All of my videos are aimed at those who are new to playing Fallout 4.
I am trying to give tips on the most relevant things in Fallout 4.
The type of things that I wish I had known about when I first started playing the game ten months ago!
