Hey guys, today I’m going to rank my top 10 perks in Fallout 4. Now we all have our own definitions for what we consider to be “best” and in a game with almost limitless build possibilities, it’s difficult to nail down what is best among all builds. So I tried to choose perks that are the most useful for the most amount of character types. As always I encourage you all to list your top 10 best perks for the game in the comments below because I’d like to see what you all think. Additionally I decided to group similar perks together, like Hacker and Locksmith for example, because they are similar types of perks that serve similar purposes.
