This video is pretty late to be sharing, but whatever, I like sharing things that I find! During the quest "A Loose End" which you get during the Brotherhood of Steel quest line, you are tasked with Killing Virgil. This isn't mandatory, however, as I just went back after having beat this questline during my Buffy the Synth Slayer Let's Play over two months ago. Anyways, after you do that, you turn the quest in to Captain Kells and get the Visionary's T60C Helm which provides and action point boost.... or you can lie and say you did just like I show in this video.
