That weapon as the exact same legendary effect and it is easier to get. Just head down to University Point with a Master Lockpick and you can find it in the bank.
For this one you have to beat the main quest, take Shaun with you to a settlement, and find an alarm block, biometric scanner, and microscope. After all that, you will get the Wazer Wifle.
