Even with the Overcharged Capacitor, this thing isn't great. Choosing something else over it is madness. The bonus damage added by the Boosted Gamma Wave Emitter is nothing compared to the actual base damage of the weapon itself. It also doesn't stack which is a shame.

It's not a bad weapon but for endgame purposes it suffers from bad damage. It's punching heavily above its weight.
