Hey guys, back with another Fallout 4 Theory video and today, I figured I would go ahead and attempt to answer the question of What Are Ghouls. In this video, i'll be going over Feral Ghouls, Non-Feral Ghouls, Glowing Ones, Marked Men, ghoulification and more. I will also try to answer the question of whether an individual could actually become a ghoul just like in Fallout or not.
