this is a test about the success rate for pickpocket a gatling laser from a level 2 settler.
my character had top sneak and pickpocket perks and only wore marine wetsuit and sunglasses, steal from target's back and was sneaking in the shadow.
the settler was not holding gatling laser in the moment.
in the result i tried 25 times and all caught by the settler.
even though i success pick other items from other NPC before, this time i forgot to pick other items from him i'm sorry for that, but if my character can't pick anything from any NPC than this perk and this action in the game will completely useless, so you know i did not lie you. i even picked the cloth a NPC is wearing(the woman became nude in the street).
