Fallout 5 is indeed being worked on currently by the fine folks over at Bethesda Game Studios. In terms of official details, that about all that's been revealed so far. That and the fact that two games need to release before Fallout 5 is planned to come out.

Starfield is the first Bethesda game that is set to release before Fallout 5, and luckily it's not far off. Beyond that, we have The Elder Scrolls 6 to look forward to, but that game is even further out. Safe to say then, we could be waiting a long time to see more on Fallout 5.
