Fallout 76 playthrough where we submit to RNG

Rules of the playthrough:
- No Crafting weapons/armor/food/ammo unless quest required. Crafted weapons/armor/food/ammo must be dropped immediately. Modding of weapons and armor is allowed with the exception of legendary effects. Legendary items used must be from random drops or the purveyor. Guaranteed legendary quest rewards can’t be used.
- Only perk card pack cards can be used. Perks picked during special rank up must be scrapped.
- Legendary perks will be decided randomly.
- Help from other players involving items is not allowed. This includes player vendors and random loot bag drops.
