What cards (PERK) should you have + what mutation do I have and how to prevent the mutation you like from being cured,
All this literally shows how to create a bloody build (the less life you have, the more damage you do) and what perks or cards
They take better advantage of that situation, for example by dodging bullets more easily the less bullets you have... or what mods
armor takes advantage of that better, for example, the less life you have, the more SPECIAL stat you receive, etc...
