Another cursed legendary weapon.

When putting an Explosive Legendary effect on an energy weapon on this game, unlike Fallout 4, you don't get a little bit of Ballistic damage added to the weapon card. That represents the bonus explosive damage.

Either it's glitched or Explosive just works differently. Not sure if feature or Bug.
