ThomFnG is a Fitness and Gaming Channel.

Weekly Fitness Videos every Monday 7pm GMT. These fitness videos are catered to novices with Teaching Points
to help maintain body awareness and overall fitness. Some videos may get you out of your comfort zone as I am a studied Olympic Weightlifting Coach but most of my background is in Commercial Weightlifting.

3 Day Gaming Videos every Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday of all the games in my back catalogue.

Stream 3 to 4 random days per week over on Twitch, random due to my working calendar is, as you would expect,
different due to my working profession.
