Where will Minerva be July 24th - 26th? So, just who is Minerva? If you’re wondering who Minerva is in the Fallout 76 universe, she is a Blue Ridge Caravan Company traveling vendor in Appalachia who sells plans in her inventory to players for gold bullion but at 25% lower prices than you can find plans from other vendors or elsewhere in the game. She also sometimes has plans that aren’t available anywhere else in Fallout 76. She travels to different locations throughout Appalachia and sets up just outside some of the major locations in Fallout 76 like Foundation, Crater, Fort Atlas, and the newest location White Springs Resort. As she cycles through these locations, she ends the cycle with a BIG SALE where her inventory includes plans she’s had in her last three locations; however, her plans rotate in a cycle, but it is a LONG one, so make sure you get the plans you want when she’s got them.

Camp items like the Enclave medallion, Windigo Tube, and the Water Well will be available, so if you haven’t gotten your hands on them for one reason or another (maybe because you don’t like doing Daily Ops), be sure to grab them this time. This week from Minerva, you can grab the Floater Flamer Grenade plan, Hellstorm Missile Launcher mods, and the plans for weapons the Medical Malpractice and the War Glaive.
