-Sadly the game still runs pretty bad. To get the game to run properly i had to do some tweaks to get the game running decently. Pre-tweaks it drops below 30 and stutters a bunch even at low settings. **settings used the bottom.

Cpu: A8-5500 3.2ghz
Gpu: AMD Radeon R9 270X 2GB Gddr5 OC
Ram: 8gb 1600hmz (overclocked to 1866mhz) ddr3
OS: Win10, game was recorded with Elgato Game Capture HD (external recorder)
Res: 1080p custom settings

**go documents folder and open the my games folder. Open the fallout 76 folder and create a copy of the "fallout76". Rename the copy "Fallout76Custom" and make sure both Fallout76Custom & fallout76 are in the same folder.
Next delete the contents of "Fallout76Custom" copy the text below. Note there are other tweaks you can probably do but these are just the ones i went with. If you don't like the way it runs after simply remove the custom file from the folder.
