10000 caps - Tops. Partly done in this part.

You can play roulette, twenty-one or slot machines. After some trials and errors, I came to the conclusion that the second one is easiest. All digits goes as digits, pictures count as 10, ace count as 11. Who gets closer to 21 wins. Digits above 21 = usually loss, unless "enemy" has more.
