Part 96. Assassinating Pacer in Freeside (For the Republic, Part 2)

In this video, I have been tasked with wiping out Pacer, one of the leaders at the Kings School of Impersonation in Freeside. But, I have to do it in a way that doesn't implicate that the NCR assassinated him. I decide to assassinate him by cloaking with a stealth boy and then using plasma grenades on him. I cloak, enter the King's School, sneak past the lobby, then crouch in the next room to set up the attack. No one sees me, so I launch two plasma grenades at Pacer. They blow him apart, and I sneak around in a loop so that no one detects me. I sneak back out of the lobby and onto the street again. I'm safe!
I return to Ambassador Crocker to tell him the good news, and not only is he happy, he also mentions that since I used an energy weapon, the Van Graffs (at the Silver Rush) will be implicated in the murder. Even better! He gives me a reward, then gives me a new project... the quest is called "For the Republic, Part 2". This moves the main quest along, closer toward the final battle. He wants me to travel to Hoover Dam to meet with Colonel Moore, so I fast travel to Boulder City then make my way to the east to Hoover Dam.
I navigate through the various chambers to find Colonel Cassandra Moore, who gives me a big task to complete... she wants me to exterminate all of the Great Khans at Red Rock Canyon, so they won't be a threat when the Legion finally attacks. I happily accept, and gear up for the big showdown at Red Rock!
