This quest is easy if you have a strong weapon with a medium-low AP cost.
The quest is started by asking Waking-Cloud about her Yao Guai Gauntlet.

She'll point you to White Bird and his cave, and White Bird will ask you to gather some datura root.

With three roots, he will give you a hallucinogenic tea and instruct you to kill a Yao Guai named Ghost of She.

She is easily accessed by staying in water. You'll pass some spore plants and carriers at a slaughtered Vault 22 refugee campsite.

Ghost is protect by a few geckos and Yao Guai.

The fight with it is tricky because you will be blinded by white light, two illusionary bears, and a lot of blood and fire. Definitely use V.A.T.S.

Loot Ghost of She's paw from the corpse, and report to White Bird to finish the quest.
