I'm on the Fallout 4 hype train and have been modding my New Vegas game and noticed a few people struggling with installing this for some reason. Hope it helps. Main things to check are for corrupted downloaded files and making sure the esp's have been activated. Also, if it wasn't obvious i'm heavily inspired by Gopher and his modding guides, so thanks to him for the inspiration.

You'll need Mod Organizer and a program to unpack archives.

Other Mod's to make things look pretty in this video include a bunch of texture packs (I can't be bothered to list), Fallout Character Overhaul and Rudy ENB. Snow is from Nevada Skies. Armour is from the Willhaven Content Pack.
