This is my second Fallout Perk video on my Fallout Freak channel. In this video, I will be talking about a perk under the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. of Perception and that perk is Pickpocket. You can get this perk under the Perception attribute rank of 1. This is a very stealthy-like perk in that it will, on certain occasions, allow you to pick another player, or computer player's, pocket without getting caught in the act of doing so. Pay attention to the notes that I make in this one as they are all very useful during gameplay. One thing you must never pickpocket is the fact that war... War never changes.
