This is a bonus mode present in the SEGA AGES version of Fantasy Zone, for the Nintendo Switch. Here, you can use any weapon you want as long as you have the money for it, and the same applies for the bombs.
Honestly, this mode is super fun, shoutouts to SEGA for including it.
