Far Cry 2 has always been a special game to me. I played it when it was released and on the Xbox 360 and it was truly unique with how immersive and understated the world was. Furthermore, I was just beginning to enjoy films like Apocalypse Now.

Far Cry 2 came out 14 years ago, but the quality shines through to this day. I did not do every mission and fully enjoy the game when I was younger, and something keeps calling to me to replay this game.

However, the one aspect of the Vanilla game experience I did not like was that A.I. factions did not fight each other openly. The two main factions (The APR and UFLL) would send you on missions to attack the other faction, but you would never see the A.I. engaging each other. Other people must have felt the same way because I found a COMPLETE overhaul mod that updates Far Cry 2, changes gameplay, and the A.I. factions fight each other! This mod basically remasters the game and the link is below!

I am going to replay this game and try to fully experience it with! Enjoy the content that comes out! :)
