Far Cry New Dawn is an action-adventure shooter game played from first-person, developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft. The game is a standalone sequel to the latest game of the series, Far Cry 5. The game is set in an open-world environment which can be explored freely. In the game, there are many vehicles that can be used along with a crafting system with limited customization. The game also provides a settlement upgrade system that gives you some advantages during your gameplay and continues to utilize companion system like in the previous game.
In Far Cry New Dawn, you play as a captain of security who works with a rescue and help team which is conducted by Thomas Rush. The survivors from the nuclear-war try to get their life back and build a community until a group of people called Highwaymen come to visit them. It is an organized crime gang led by twin sisters Mickey and Lou, that just steal from other people and destroy their life to have and keep the power. So, Hope County community seeks for help from outside and calls Thomas Rush for helping them to build their settlement. But things go horribly wrong on the way to Hope County, and a whole train loaded people is killed by Highwaymen. A few that survived will do everything to rebuild Hope County and put an end to the Highwaymen regime.
