Bad optimization. Far Cry 4 has been optimized better. The Graphics settings - lowest. I don't recommend to buy the game, if you use a gpu without overclocking!

840m is not very different from the 940m. Due to its just 5 percent higher core clock, the GeForce 940M is only marginally faster than the previous 840m.
