PocketInvEditor Steps:
1. Open P.I.E.
2. Select the world you want to use.
3. Select "Edit world info"
4. Use the move player tool to move to the coordinates in the video.

PlugPE
1. Install PlugPE following the instructions in the app.
2. Once in MCPE, use the help chat to find the command for teleportation by typing .h
3. Use the coordinates in the video.
