Fast-paced Pixel Art Metroidvania | Shattered Divinities Demo Gameplay
1Hello everyone! Here we are with another demo part of the Steam Next Fest. This is Shattered Divinities, a pixel art metroidvania that is pretty light-paced or fast-paced. Combat is simple, smooth and responsive, same as movement. The demo is pretty complete, with 3 areas to explore, 5 bosses to beat and enough skills/upgrade to have a good taste of the game and I liked it. I also like the pace the game has. In 1 hour and a half I managed to do all that is here, which would usually take me around 3 hours in other metroidvanias. The only thing that could be better is some of the boss fights (Tree and skull bosses were pretty good though).
Just so you know, there was way more story in the demo, but I skipped it in the final edition so we could focus on gameplay.
