Starting after the stalfos key:
Old route:
1) Well key past the song of time block
2) Backtrack and go toward block puzzle room
3***) Block puzzle and proceed to bow, set FW and backtrack to BK chest
4) Fall down hole, get floormaster key and FW back to bow room

New Route:
1) Go straight to block puzzle room
2***) Block puzzle until twisty hallway
3) Set FW and backtrack. JS recoil to floormaster key, exit and jump down to well key. FW back up to twisty hallway.
4***) Proceed to bow, set FW and backtrack to BK chest
5) FW back to bow room

Steps labeled with *** are identical in both routes and are cut from the vid to more accurately compare.

This saves like 7 seconds by my measurement :) The only downside is you dont get to stock on deku nuts from the big baba.
