This is a very sloppy little comparison between The PC Engine Arcade Card version of this Neo Geo port and The Sega CD version. The consoles I am using are stock so that means that the best quality video I can get from my Pc Engine Duo RX is composite but I did use RGB for The Sega CD.

There was no way for that to be fair.

My apologies for this and for the general mess that this whole presentation is. I hope you can get something out of it and make out some of the differences between these.
