Remember when there was a fighting game in the 'Fate' franchise that was planned by Cavia (of 'Drakengard' fame), developed by Eighting (which is known for working on such titles as 'Tatsunoko vs. Capcom' and 'Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3', just to name a few) and published by Capcom, of all companies? Yeah, that happened. Sure, it wasn't the first Fate-based fighting game ever created (that honor would go to 'Fate/tiger colosseum', which was released exclusively for the PlayStation Portable in 2007), but this particular title from 2008 did see a Japan-only arcade release first (and subsequently got ported to the PlayStation 2, albeit for Japan only, and the PlayStation Portable for the JP, NA and EU markets).

And you thought 'Nitroplus Blasterz: Heroines Infinite Duel' was Saber's first fighting game appearance...
