東方幕華祭 春雪篇 ～ Fantastic Danmaku Festival Part II is a very recent fangame. It is at roots a remix of PCB, but with completely revamped gameplay, two new characters as bosses, and with gorgeous graphics (and more!). It's pretty fantastic, I must say I'm very impressed how gorgeous it looks, and how smooth the gameplay is. Animated cutins, great backgrounds, creative patterns (at least some). I admit, I expected a little more in terms of attacks/stages, yet I'm not really disappointed either. I'd give it 9.5/10.
The run itself includes several scoring and survival strats. Nonetheless, there is a lot more of them, and many are awaiting for another epic run. Expect a lot of changes in strats in early stages.
