Here we On Scene with Rescue 1, Engine 54 and Ladder 4 at a major accident involving two cars. Both occupants were pinned inside the vehicles and has to be rescued by the firefighters and taken away on stretchers in the ambulances.

Other Units on scene was the NYPD, Fire Department of New York City Ambulance, New Saint Luke's Roosevelt Ambulance, and FDNY EMS Supervisor.
