Save Private Gerik (also known as Chapter 10) (3 turns)

A 2-turns clear isn't possible, so I can go for a nice and easy clear in 3 turns, right? Wrong!

You see, there is this little, almost insignificant, detail that Gerik at the end of turn 2 will attack one of the soldier. Problem is, with the weapon triangle advantage, this Iron Lance soldier has a 100% hit rate on Gerik, and if Gerik die in this chapter you can't recruit Tethys. This battle takes place too far away from the starting position of our units and there is no way to prevent Gerik from engaging this fight, with a guaranteed death in return. Or is it really guaranteed?

The soldier has an accuracy of 80 (Iron Lance) + 15 (WTA) + 2xSKL + LUK/2. His SKL can vary from 2 to 4, with 2 SKL happening 30% of the time, giving him at least 4 accuracy from it. His LUK is usually between 2 and 4, but on very rare occasion it can go down to 1 (around 1 in 4000 chance), and thus gaining no accuracy from his LUK stat. So with a less than 1 in 10000 chance, it's possible for him to "only" have 99% hit on Gerik, giving the opportunity for him to dodge.

To decrease the burden of the luck manipulation during enemy phases, mainly involving a dumb Innes versus high accuracy/speed mages, the latter were also manipulated to have a low enough LUK stat to be crit on player phase 1.
