Chapter 6 (3 turns)

In theory this map can be 2-turned, but in practice Vanessa and co. can't kill all the enemies who get in her way, especially since Ross would have to be carried and so wouldn't be able to help.
So I just dropped Ross on turn 1 so that he could reach the boss by himself on turn 3, and everyone else do self improvement.

Chapter 7 (4 turns)

A 3 turns isn't possible because Vanessa can't kill the boss (not even close). Eirika and Ross went together and can now easily survive the enemy phases, the rest continue to self improve as best as possible.
