About the TEST SETUP:
Test rig:
I used a harder cpu, for avoiding CPU bottleneck, and for recording!
-AMD Phenom x3 8750 BE (stock 2.4 ghz*3 cores)
Cpu base clock overclocked (252.93 Mhz), and FSB (1264.7 MHz) overclocked
for maximizing the iGPU usage. Cpu downclocked to 2023 Mhz

(its enough, 700 mb free! Game uses less than 256mb ram)

-Forceware nvidia 309.08 x64 driver
MSi afreburner cant use GPU usage (its a glitch or bug, under win7 x64 working) monitoring, but i think it was 100% always by the test setup.
Problem SOLVED:
low fps, half performance, poor performance 6150SE igpu
Important:
Under Win10, 6150se working half, 50% or lower performance!
I tested under win10, max fps was 80, min fps was 20, averange was 30-40 fps on all maps.
Not bad from a 2004 low end igpu! :-)
About the gameplay:
Not important, its only a test!
Im not use mine mouse, with mousepad. It was a cheap one. :-)
Before recording i started Benchmark on the map, minimum 3 minutes runs its benchmarking min. fps, max. fps, avg. fps ,fps 0.1%, fps 1% low f. You see the real, unrecorded runspeed in the video start.
