Someone asked me to do this, and since I'm not someone to turn down a good proposal, I went ahead and made it. But I added a little bit of extra at the end.
This meme is mostly Hungary specific: Gyurcsány is the leader of the "demokratikus koalíció" party and is something like the opposition to Viktor Orbán |Citation needed| They are also quite liberal and tend to make funny speeches which remain as memes |more citations needed|.
The phrase kígyók kígyóznak would literally translate to "snakes snake" making snake a verb, which makes sense in hungarian, when snakes crawl and slither around or twirl up, you know basic snake activities. However it may be, Gyurcsány basically called the opposition and their people snakes [citation needed].
Otherwise it's the usual yakuza, bakamita, dame da ne moment meme!
In case you are still wondering: this video was created using an AI which learns and mimics the movements from one video and applies them to a still image. It is automatic, but you still have to feed the machine a lot of inputs. The people making these deepfake AIs are really making great progress. But with great progress come great memes. The meme caught on kinda well, but a lot of people don't know the technical background of it!
