I will also not manipulate monsters levels in order to use Level 5 Death.

Hard battle. I had to level up Bartz to level 4 to survive two attacks of Forza in a row (as he is a little bit faster than Bartz), but the main problem was to kill Magissa.
She use an elemental spell, then either drain, aero or critical attack, and then she repeats the loop.
Only Bartz, Faris, and sometimes Galuf can survive an elemental spell (which does either 44 or 48 damages). They can all survive a critical attack (though Lenna will die soon with the poison) but only Bartz can survive the aero. Drain kill a character and heals 180 HP to Magissa, so it's an instant reset. This fight is the reason why I leveled up Galuf and Lenna to level 2 earlier.
Forza appears only when Magissa goes under 300 HP and then Magissa is in the back row, so I must not let Forza appear while Magissa still have around 270 HP...
Once Forza appear, Magissa will waste another turn to cast regen, which give me enough time to finish her.
With 77 HP, my blue mage can beat Forza without much trouble as long as vampire doesn't miss at the wrong time.
