I've been struggling with this fight for a while. Initially I was using a Red Mage. Each Crystal absorbs a different element yet they have no elemental weaknesses. I thought it would be a simple fight, however once their HP gets low enough they start using a multi-target spell that does roughly 300-400 damage. This starts to become a problem where I'm stuck healing every turn.

Next I tried white mages. Shell really helps mitigate the damage however doing damage as a white mage takes forever. I had one Morning Star which does decent damage, but the fight drags on so long, I run out of Ethers.

My winning strategy was to switch to Rangers instead. I had 3 Killer Bows which have a chance to insta-death which this boss happens to be weak to. Switching to Chemist would have been my next resort, You'll notice towards the end, I used a tactical Elixir on the final Crystal so that it would stop bombarding me.

All of my bosses are pre-planned so I ended up having to change some things around against later bosses, so hopefully that works out.
