This is a solo character single class challenge run of Final Fantasy, only using the "Hunter"-class (Also known as "Ranger") to complete the entirety of the game, as a solo character.

The Hunter has well above average speed- and strength-stats, and thus is mostly a physical fighter. The bows a Hunter can equip can have a variety of effects and also access to elemental damage. It's unique special ability !Animals is a bit of an oddity, but a fairly strong tool in the early stages of the game. Lategame the Hunter is however probably mostly known for their X-Fight ability, that allows melee fighters to deal insane damage. Overall this is a decently strong solo-class, that has little difficulty with any boss, except the ones that have multiple parts to them.

Final Fantasy 5 main strength as a game is the ability to freely switch your characters between a variety of different classes at any time you please. Normally this used to mix and match abilties and enhance the characters strengths through using interesting synergies.

However, Final Fantasy 5 is also a fairly unique game in the sense, that it allows for many varied strategies to get through the various bossfights in the game.
