FF6 BNW BFG - Segment 82: The Enemies are also Blind
Cyan's Dream marks the point where everything begins to get easier again, and this will mostly hold true for the rest of the game. The encounters here might as well not even exist. Gogo with Reflect Ring + Iceguard + Ribbon + Marlboro Rage is borderline invincible here, never mind once I get the other party members back.
Furthermore, the Stooges are clearly more about flavour than difficulty. In the first phase of the fight, they mostly just Reflect Delta Hit onto my party every few turns. An ST attack that doesn't kill anybody and only gets used once every now and then isn't exactly threatening. Not only that, if the Stooges take turns at the wrong time, they'll just hit themselves with Delta Hit. In other words, they'll do nothing but hit each other at that point.
Once Curly is dead, Larry and Moe give me several turns to Dispel RegenX, get Relm back to full MP in case of emergency, and possibly throw out some damage to boot. However, the solo fight with Moe afterwards is probably the hardest part of the battle. He'll spend nearly every turn Reflecting a reasonably powerful ST attack onto the party. While this isn't exactly Atma Weapon, it's more than the other phases have to offer. I put Relm on the defensive here to hopefully keep my party in good condition. I had great luck here and I didn't have to do any quick thinking at all.
Larry is garbage as long as I have Reflect on.
BTW, some guy apparently wants to run some sort of experiment on my videos, so if you see anything weird that's why.
