FF6 Worlds Collide Randomizer Seed of the Week - Four Quests
3A vindication seed for me--when I started this channel, my earliest projects were FF6 hacks, especially a 'speedrun' I did with an EZ mode hack giving my chars 85 starting stats and ultimate equipment. One of the reasons (excuses) for it was imparting knowledge--unlike many earlier FFs, stats were only part of the damage formula, and levels make the most difference in giving the damage you need for endgame, so while early fights were easier with these hacked supercharacters, they were not as swift as you might think and grinding to a degree was still required.
And that was the name of this seed. Exp growth was abnormally low, but quests reward exp. eggs that could help offset that. Even with them, my characters felt very underpowered come the final fights. Regardless, this was actually a pretty good seed for me--I finished 18th out of the 30 registered participants, my best showing for a SotW (at least in recent memory).
