MAKE save file before attempting. You want to play cards against her to spread the "Diff" Trading rule so you can win more cards. You must play her on "Diff" and win then play Zell's mom to see if it spread and worked if it worked make another save. Then LOSE the MiniMog card to her and after she will say she is heading to Dollet, Deling or another FF8 city you WANT her to choose "Dollet" if she chooses anything else just reset and try again. When you reach Dollet speak to the queen again about her father and she will use Minimog to create a new cards and each specific card you lose will do the same, follow part 2 when you reach Dollet.
