I was supposed to fight this guy three years ago when he was created, but that never happened for some reason. This version of Emerald Weapon is much weaker than the regular one, so the difficulty here lies in dealing enough damage before the timer runs out. I don't know exactly how much HP he's got, but you can figure out an estimate by adding up all the damage.

Cloud is the main damage dealer her, as he is able to deal close to 40K every turn with his Omnislash V5. Emerald Weapon isn't able to deal any more than about 4000 damage, so give Muscle Belts to everyone and you should be safe. I forgot to give one to Zidane and I forgot to heal Kain before the battle, so the battle turned out a little more troublesome than it needed to be.

To sum it up, it's an easy battle under these conditions, but it could get interesting if you restrict yourself a little more. If I had to change anything, I would have made him more powerful and raised the time limit to the original 20 minutes. Anyway, Zeemis still did one heck of a job with this, so he deserves some massive credits.

Also, notice how when you touch the sprite outside of battle, the timer begins. I learned this the hard way, as I suddenly got a game over while fiddling with equipment.
