FFX NSG Challenge - #4 Oblitzerator
12This battle was a bitch for me only because for the challenge I want 2 elixers, which are obtained by overkilling the boss, and the only way to achieve this on such a low level is to hit a 5 hit fury with Lulu. But because of my stupid nearly broken ps2 controller, I had to restart several times.
Regardless, as long as you deal 1000 damage to the Oblitzerator yourself, the crane will take it's life to around 300 health. Doing this fast is critical because without using the crane the Oblitzerator has full access to all of it's attacks. Also, equipping Tidus with the Stunning Steel can slow the boss.

NSG stands for No Sphere Grid. In this challenge I will be running through Final Fantasy X with one simple rule: Never touch the sphere grid. This ultimately means no skills or magic past what characters start with will be learned, and no stats will ever be increased (basically like being on level 1 the entire game). There are no exceptions in this challenge, the sphere grid must never be used.
