It's exactly what it says on the tin.
I'm fully aware there's at least 3 videos about the exact same solo, but the thing that stood out to me was that all of them involved NP5.
With the advent of Command Codes, I figured that's not a requirement anymore. (If it ever even was, strictly speaking)
Since it was possible, I decided to stick with 9/9/9 for skills too.
Anyways, the logic behind the three CCs:
Good Wife, Wise Fox is self-explanatory, given that it increases your healing and basically enables this to begin with.
Dove Report make Kiara's Crits consistently less scary while also making them less likely to land at times.
White Vessel's Command Seal can sometimes remove significant debuffs like the Defense Down ones, but mostly it checks the Debuff Resist down ones so you're not as likely to get affected by MORE debuffs.

I also considered Mirror of Eight Leaves to be safe from the Stuns later on in the fight, but as it turns out, that basically never lands, unlike the Charm.
