HASSANKO!!! At any rate, the Fate/Zero Assassin has arrived. Her kit is actually pretty strong. Her first skill "Library of Stored Information" Ups her NP and Star Generation for 3 turns. Her second skill "Expert of Many Specializations" is her bread and butter, it has the chance of upping her Buster, Arts, and Quick Cards for 3 turns along with having the chance to gain dodge for 1 turn. Her final skill is "Retreat from Battle" She purges all her Positive buffs for a very potent heal. Her Noble Phantasm "Zabaniya" is a Single target Arts base attack, that also lowers the enemies' critical rate for 3 turns. This is the portion that is adjusted by over charge.

Should you use her? In all honesty I have fallen in love with this assassin, she is incredibly good. Her ability to stay in the fight and do dmg is very good and each of her skills start with an 8 turn cool down, that means at max level they are on a 5 turn cool down. Her heal sounds horrible but you can pop it when she doesn't have buffs or when she's done her damage. At lvl 6, which is what I'm at right now, she heals for 3000HP.
