Why do I call it my "any state" build? Because almost any map or any state of my own physical being whether my hand is seizing up and barely working, making it so I can barely work the keys or if I'm in a VA mandated medical stupor it still lets me contribute to the fight. Hand was the main issue in both of these matches.
