As a boss, Celia II essencially can use playable version's EX Specials simply as Heavy Specials, with notable exception of her tomahawk projectile, where LP version creates a big tomahawk that spins in place. She also can use a weaker version of Burning Gaze as a Special. Her AI is generally very agressive, which can be used to catch her with counter moves. You can also use the AI's general susceptibility to jump-in attack on wake-up. Finally, note that bosses in general get 5 max super stacks instead of 3 amd have access to all of their Extra moves at the same time.
