Fighting Vipers Revision A - Candy/Honey - 2P Outfit- Saturn Gameplay - A Strange Japan Only Release
2Gameplay footage of something abit odd here. In this video were going to be looking at Fighting Vipers for the Sega Saturn. Now you might not think that that is anything special but this is Revision A.
Revision A (Oddly also followed by C) is a reworked version of the base game of Fighting Vipers but it has more features added to it and also had recently (2025) been hacked and yet more secrets have been found such as Honey/Candy having a hidden outfit within the game which is based on Pai-Chans outfit from Virtua Fighter 2.
Revision A features various rebalances and tweaks but it also has a new randomiser option which changed which characters you would fight on what stages. So in Stage 1 instead of fighting Bahn you would fight Jane or Picky.
It also changed the UI a slight bit and added in a few more other things such as being able to pick 2P outfit.
I can see why Sega didn't release this worldwide and I'm struggling to find out how the hell your even meant to tell the difference when specifically looking for it to purchase because the packaging doesn't really show anything from what I can see.
Its rather sad that this didn't get a worldwide release because the game does run abit smoother than the first release and the extra features really help add to the game and make it a fun experience.
